| I have successfully completed fifteen years in "Srinivasa Hatcheries Ltd." Joined as a Veterinarian for technical services for the poultry farms in 1995, and the present role of AGM in the organization was possible by the continuous encouragement , unbiased respect for every member of the family and a chance given to me to gain exposure in many areas of the business. Anyone in the organization can easily identify the efforts of the Directors’ involvement in motivation of the employees through personal interactions, and updating them on the latest developments in the industry. |
